Dawna and Barry approached us to re-design and re-develop their website. They worked with someone previously would developed a very nice site using Squarespace, but it had several limitations and lacked a focus on selling the Riding Mountain House experience. The owners wanted to include online booking on their site in a way that’s easy to manage and to build on over time. They grew traffic to their site and noticed it was becoming harder and harder to keep up with communicating with their customers. The booking system we installed allowed Riding Mountain House to accept online bookings, process payments, and send out automated emails. The design for their site communicated that Riding Mountain House is an established brand. The UI/UX design we provided made it easy for customers to navigate the site and make purchases.
