Project Overview

Lynne de Rocquigny, the owner of CJ Hair and Spa, came to us to fix their outdated website. It was decided that the old site was too out of date to be used, so we built a new site completely from scratch. We help Lynne update her content in Fresha and pulled the information over to her website using tables and WooCommerce. When there were gaps we worked with her to fill them in. After her site was up and running, we trained her to make updates herself but when she needed some help we were there to help her out the best we can.

Lynne really wanted a website that she felt she could update herself. We made it possible by making a website and empowering her to do the updates herself.

Project Strategy

CJ Hair and Spa have been in business for a long time. When they came us to us, their website was very out of date with the information that was incorrect. We fixed all of these issues with the launch of their new site and then added a shop experience to their site. Now CJ Hair and Spa customers are able to buy products online before their appointments, which is a better customer experience. We were able to use the same payment provider CJ Hair and Spa use in their store, which keeps reporting easier and collecting payments faster.

We identified several ways to help dramatically improve the user experience to drive sales through their website.

This included:

  • Making a user-friendly shopping experience.
  • Adding tables for CJ Hair and Spa to easily update their price list.
  • Making it affordable for CJ Hair and Spa to have an online store and better online presence.

When we decided our website needed updating, I contacted Clayton for some advice. We wanted a fairly quick turnaround, and he was able to accommodate us.
